In the USSR from 1921 to 1954, for Counter-revolutionary Crimes 3,777,380 people were sentenced, out of that number 642,980 people received Capital Punishment (execution).

In 1943 alone, in prisons and Concentration Camps in the USA, 3.8 million and 860,000 people were imprisoned respectively. What is this - Lawful practice of lawkeeper organs of the Government or Roosevelt's purges and repressions? That is the question.
