Lukashenko is definitely not beyond criticism but he is 100% correct here and supporting him being usurped is tantamount to supporting nazis over a petty bourg government. This isn't even a metaphor, as the red and white symbols used by the "revolutionaries" are the symbols of fascist collaborators.
There are definitely nazis coopting the Belarus movement. The majority of the agitators are the same ilk as the Azov nationalists in Ukraine. And their 'new flag' is equivalent to campaigning a party in Germany with a Nazi swastika today.

I haven't heard actual nazis co-opting the Belarussian movement unlike with Hong Kong outside of fearmongering by Putin, so I don't know how to feel
