The original upload is probably deleted (given that attempting to upload redirects me to a blank page) which happens a lot on the booru. I know I uploaded it because this image is an edit that I made a long time ago on 8ch.net I still have the file too.
It shouldn't redirect you to a blank page but add a message to the upload page you are already on saying that there is an error or the image is already uploaded. That is probably another problem with the captcha.

Have you tried cropping it by one pixel and uploading it again? That usually works
I mean the anonymous lad already uploaded it anyway, what's the point?
