To Anon 1, you're an idiot. It's a silly parody on a scene from Monster Musume where she essentially says 'want to make babies?' to the MC. It's no literary genius, just a dumb but relevant meme.
@Anon2 To be fair we could use an increase in quality, rather than making as many memes as possible. This is hardly and rather only lazily relevant to this site.
@Anon3 Though it may be relevant, it doesn't detract from it being pretty cheap and not really worth archiving. Maybe it could be used in a single thread, where it was first posted, but there is not all that much reusability value to this image.
