The five types of authority (Peruvian revolution - MPCP, family - paternal, civil - elected officials, educational - teachers, and grassroots organizations - CADs or Rondas Campesinas), must coordinate to fully assume the responsibility of ensuring a healthy, clean, orderly, and harmonious life for the communities so that they can effectively and beneficially carry out all their activities - such as education, social services, health care, work, commerce, transportation, etc. Inept and corrupt authorities must be removed and punished by their own communities.
In every hamlet, village, town, district, and province of the VRAEM region and throughout the country, authorities and citizens must strive to strengthen the family and society, always seeking a harmonious way of life for the people, in which the principles of authority, discipline, respect, and positive social values must be strictly upheld.
We have to rid the VRAEM and Peru of brothels, of lunatics, of degenerate homosexuals, of degenerate lesbians, of drug addicts, of undisciplined individuals who respect no one, of thieves, of kidnappers, of corrupt officials, of informants, spies, infiltrators, and traitorous dog-shit scum - guys like “Gordo John” from Pichari.
Everyone has the right to work and to earn their daily bread with dignity through the sweat of their brow. But to try to earn one’s daily bread by stealing, parasitizing, through corruption, with brothels, and other unhealthy activities and pursuits - that, under no circumstances, will be allowed.
People of the VRAEM and of Peru, it is also unhealthy and undignified to allow some to act like puppets and beggars, receiving crumbs from NGOs such as Pensión 65, Programa Juntos, Qarl Huarma, Comedores Populares, etc. The working masses and the Peruvian people are neither beggars nor disabled - they should not be receiving crumbs like paupers. Even the disabled must earn their daily bread by the sweat of their brow. Authorities and citizens, you do have the capacity and wisdom to create job opportunities for your children and the children of the people. In the VRAEM, let us believe in and organize job centers.
